How to request a refund

To claim your Satisfaction Guarantee, follow these four simple steps

Step 1

Contact us at hello@hyvenutrition.eu , provide your order number and write why you are not satisfied with the product.

Step 2

Wait for a response - we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Step 3

Send the product back - if you meet the conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, just send it back by courier. We pay the shipping.

Step 4

Get a voucher - as soon as the package arrives, we will issue you a voucher for the value of the product within 3 business days.

Warranty conditions

While we put our best effort into each product, we know that tastes, needs, and body reactions are individual. If you find that a product doesn't suit you, you can take advantage of our money-back guarantee.

  • Less than 20% used – you will usually know after a few uses if the product suits you. Therefore, no more than a fifth of the contents should be used.
  • Intact packaging – the product packaging must not be broken, damaged or otherwise modified.
  • Within 14 days of delivery – you must request a warranty claim no later than 14 days from the delivery of the order.
