Shipping and returns

Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding shipping, returns and exchanges.

The shipping price will be displayed in the cart according to the selected carrier and the order value. For purchases over 950 CZK, shipping is free.

Orders received before 12:00 are shipped the same day. You will receive your package the next business day.

Write to us at hello@hyvenutrition.eu or call us at +420 607 577 903 and we will send you simple instructions on how to return the goods. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return it.

We will refund your money as soon as possible - usually within 3 business days after the package is delivered back to us.

After completing your order, we will automatically send you a confirmation email with an overview of the items and your order number.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Check your spam/promotions folder, or contact us and we'll check it.

Once we ship your package, we will send you an email with a link to track your package.

Our products undergo regular quality control and are manufactured in accordance with the strict IFS standards.

We produce in the Czech Republic.
