Even the best products may not suit everyone. And because we want you to enjoy shopping with us, not worry, we have introduced a Satisfaction Guarantee.

How to request a refund

To claim your Satisfaction Guarantee, follow these four simple steps

Step 1

Contact us at hello@fithyve.com, provide your order number and tell us why you are not satisfied with the product.

Step 2

Wait for a response - we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Step 3

Send the product back - if you meet the conditions of the Satisfaction Guarantee, just send it back by courier. We pay the shipping.

Step 4

Get a voucher - as soon as the package arrives, we will issue you a voucher for the value of the product within 3 business days.

Terms of Use Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. The product does not suit you - Although we put our best effort into each product, we know that tastes, needs and body reactions are different. If after using the product you find that you really do not suit it, you are entitled to a guarantee.
  2. Less than 20% used - You will find out whether the product suits you or not after a few uses. The product should not have more than a fifth of its contents used.
  3. Undamaged packaging - The product packaging must not be broken, otherwise damaged or modified.
  4. Within 14 days of delivery - The form must be completed within 14 days of delivery of the purchase.
