Frequently asked questions

Get the most out of the product

When should I use Salt Caps?

Salt Caps are recommended for long or intense activities (running, triathlon, cycling, trail running), especially in hot weather, when there is greater loss of fluids and electrolytes through sweat.

How many capsules should I take during the procedure?

The usual dosage is 1 capsule every 30-60 minutes depending on the level of sweating, intensity of activity and climatic conditions. In case of extreme exertion, the dosage can be increased to 3 capsules per hour.

Can I combine Salt Caps with an isotonic drink?

Yes, Salt Caps work great both on their own with water and in combination with an isotonic drink. This will boost hydration and replenish key minerals without putting too much strain on your digestion.

Why isn't just water enough?

Water alone is not enough to maintain electrolyte balance, especially during prolonged sweating. Without sodium and other minerals, performance loss, cramps, or hyponatremia can occur.

Are Salt Caps also suitable for shorter workouts?

Yes, if you sweat a lot or train in the heat. However, for most regular workouts, an isotonic drink is often sufficient - use Salt Caps mainly where electrolyte losses become a limit.

Do Salt Caps contain stimulants or sugars?

No. Salt Caps do not contain any stimulants, sugars or dyes. They are a pure mineral and vitamin supplement to support performance and balance of the body.
