Each capsule contains sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamins C, B1 and B6 - key substances for supporting hydration, performance and preventing muscle cramps. The practical capsules fit in the pocket of your vest or cycling jersey and are easy to refill at any time during training or racing.

Potassium (potassium citrate), rice flour, chloride (sodium chloride), sodium (sodium citrate), calcium (calcium citrate), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; magnesium (magnesium malate), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Amount of active ingredients 1/3 capsule:Chloride 100 mg / 300 mg, Sodium 94 mg / 282 mg, Potassium 116.6 mg / 350 mg, Calcium 16.6 mg / 50 mg, Magnesium 5 mg / 15 mg, Vitamin C 4 mg / 12 mg, Vitamin B6 0.07 mg / 0.21 mg, Vitamin B1 0.056 mg / 0.17 mg.

Take 1 capsule with water before activity and then every 30-60 minutes during activity. Maximum daily dose is 3 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
