SiS (Science in Sports) developed Beta Fuel in collaboration with elite athletes and the Performance Solutions research team to create a cutting-edge fuel that allows athletes to consume up to 17% more carbohydrates without the increased risk of digestive discomfort.

Depending on your sport or type of performance, you should aim to consume 1–3+ gels per hour to reach the recommended intake of 60–90g of carbohydrates.
